Models, Deadlines, Christmas & Lightning…oh my.
Just a few things:
1. We’ve chosen a family for our top secret uber cool project we’re working on this month. Thanks for the MANY, many inquiries sent to my Facebook and email!! It was hard to choose between so many great families! Keep an eye on the blog…we do “model requests” about every other month or so – especially in the winter when I have more time for special shoots and time to act out my wacky visions.
2. The last of the Michigan orders went out this morning, so if you were one of my lucky Michigan families that had a shoot in July, be sure to keep an eye out for your stuff this week!
3. I’ve had a hankering to learn how to ride horseback lately. Is there anyone out there who would be willing to teach me how (preferably English, but Western would be okay too) in exchange for photography (lessons or sessions, your choice)??? If so, shoot me an email or hit me on Facebook!
4. I know the deadlines for senior portraits are coming up soon for all the schools in the area and I’m working hard to get senior proofs back to everyone ASAP. Don’t forget that you can choose an image from your Sneak Peek and I will email the file to your yearbook advisor so that it can be in by the deadline.
5. Christmas season is coming up – can you believe it?! Don’t forget to start thinking about Fall Family Photo Sessions and Christmas Cards! We design custom cards to go with images from your session, so start thinking about booking your session today….weekend dates in October and November fill up fast!
6. Promises, Promises….cool blogs coming in the next week: A behind-the scenes look at our Chica’s Bridal Photo Shoot AND a fun giveaway to pull out all of you lurkers out there! I check my blog stats and I KNOW you’re out there…let’s see if we can get you to comment!
7. One more thing for fun….with all the rain and summer storms we’ve been getting around SW Georgia lately, here’s a fun article for you on How to Photograph Lightning from the supa fun site PhotoJoJo.
Have a great Tuesday!
