7 Years Ago Today He made me a Mother.

He is gifted, engaging, beautiful, imaginative.  He is silly laughter and curious energy, Star Wars and Legos, superheroes and dragons.  He has taught me to love unconditionally, to forgive with abandon, to feel and discover every tiny treasure.  He has shown me that love is easy, and hard…and the most important part of life.  That everything should be richly experienced.  That that I don’t have to understand him to love him.

Happy Birthday Sweet Boy.  I’ve loved every minute of being your mama for the last 7 years.
